For those of you who have worked on contracts and held Flex-time status: Are these truly part time positions? I see the training expectations, along with sample obligations and wonder if this is another full time job cloaked in part-time status. Thanks for the feedback.

Well, training may take more hours, which is home study, and teleconference with Pfizer. The training part will be more like full time because there is a lot of work to accomplish it and pass the test, which is usually 85. You will spend more time than the 24 hours that you are being told, but it is just part of the job.

Yeah, a single training module that I just completed has 88 slides and took almost 1.5 hours. So far, I have completed four of them, but there are a lot more to go. I can see that some people are going to resort to simply clicking through them.

For those that just went through the training with me we all get to breathe a sigh of relief. That was A Lot. That said, I looked at my targets and call expectations (8/day) and this is very much a flex time job.
