Very unprofessional interviewing etc

I was shocked by how unprofessional the interviewing manager was. 1 hour phone interview and then 2 hour in person interview and then I was ghosted. Despite a couple emails asking for status update, the woman manager just blew me off. A simple polite no thank you would have worked. Things happen for a reason and this was a telling sign.

Sr rep with 20 years of pharma goes somewhere else. Sad and unprofessional.

Most of the experience is in retina. That, quite honestly is a whole different world.

The errors are on Sales side more so than Commercial Operations.

Poor hiring - DBLs and TM's
Lack of accountability VP down to TM's
VP of sales not getting his hands dirty at all.

With all of the bad DBL leadership and performance when will we see a RSD go and be held accountable for his/her performance? That is when we can trust leadership will do the right thing to execute and be successful. Right now if you're in the club you're safe....

Sad and unprofessional accurately describes the corporate world today.

Do yourself a favor and stack up as much money as you can and start your own business. You will have a better life and make more money with less effort.

Trust me.

I am 100 percent correct.

And stop going on cold interviews. They are worthless in today's economy with the exception for recent college graduates or anyone aged in their 20s.

You must network and go only on warm interviews for these jobs.
