I saw this blurb in the press release about Mark Trudeau:

Trudeau has been Bayer's lead executive for its women’s leadership and diversity initiatives.

and I almost fell out of my chair. This is the guy that breezed into the bio division of BMS to be it's savior. First month on the job he attends NSM and brings his hot little asian girlfriend. When he is not on the stage at meeting he is either working out in the gym or hanging at the pool with his chick. And he was head of Bayer's women's leadership intitiative?

You guys have a real winner here.

Oh, but you see, someone like this will fit in perfect with Covidien Pharma's ELITE self-appointed mgt group.
Ask what happened to DM Alex Panzardi....FIRED, for discrimination and forcing a rep out. Karma baby, things will come back to BITE the division badly!
There will be more management being let go soon, when all is uncovered!

Awww, I loved Alex. Guess I'm glad I left this sinking ship two years ago. I'm sure they would've found a reason to fire me too.

Alex was great, but like management is directed to do, he targeted reps for firing. They push things past the limit and BREAK LAWS to do this....that is why it's all going to come back to bite Covidien.

Why do you think that parent company of Covidien wants to divest and break away from the pharma division...too many skeletons in the closet and lawsuits coming!
