The leadership of this company does not have the right tools in place. They overlooked some big holes in getting this product to patients. They expect more from this product that is out there.
The head of sales has no idea how to lead and motivate and the COO micromanages reps. We get weekly updates from him telling us how to close and drive interest with docs. I wish I was kidding. Leadership comes off as panicked which rolls downhill. Weak leadership here
 












The company is for the short term. JB and GD are micromanaging and expect more than this me-too product will ever bring. Do it while looking for a job like most of us are doing. No future here.
 






























If youre thinking about getting a job here do yourself a favor and walk away. There is a push for buy and bill but there is not a demand for product. The product isn’t available in retail and it doesn't ship to the patient. Yeah, you read that right. There are several things that will need to happen for this drug to become a staple. I don’t see it happening unless leadership starts getting contracts. Oh yeah, the goals are astronomical for 90 percent of the sales force. Everyone and I mean everyone in sales is looking for a new job
 












I left after Q4 bonuses but still talk with people who work at the horribly run company. All I can say is get out. There is better places to work where the leadership isn’t incompetent and people actually treat you like a human. It’s time that these people are called out.
Everyone is afraid of Joe. He’s a loose cannon and thinks sales is driven like it was in 2005. He has put people in leadership roles that simply agree with his moronic tactics. Everyone at a VP level is only where they are b/c they knew him. Many VPs and Directors are in roles they have never done, and that is a major problem.
Gerard is possibly the dumbest person ever to run a sales team in pharma history. He has no idea what he is doing on any level. He can’t even run a web-ex let alone motivate people. He has the leadership abilities of an 8th grader.
The RBDs know that things are broken but will not stand up for their people. Instead they fire them. Many seem to get off on the power they have over people. Just like Joe and Gerrard
The hospital team has no idea what is going on. Why they have a team to try and sell a dermatology product to hospitals still hasn’t been explained. Tara cannot lead a horse to water let alone a team. Why these people would work here is beyond me.
Dermatologists do not do buy and bill. Buy and bill offices do things to make money. There is no money to be made with this and the reps are being asked to lie to physicians.

Spot on. Bullying leadership. MBIs "Manage by Intimidation". Don't want to be challenged and if they do-they discount and demean. Derms can make piles of cash with simpler procedures and don't want to be bothered by this-buy we're smarter than everyone else that has tried this. Good old boys club.
 












This company is so desperate that they will start or have been doing some illegal things because they are panicking. They have lied to investors so much they are past the point of no return. Joe and Gerard are going to end up in jail. These two idiots think this is 2002 and can get away with treating people as bad as they want. This includes employees and physicians.Watch those two start blaming each other when there is nobody else left to blame.
 






what kind of psychotic company did I sign up for? i thought it was a good opportunity for buy and bill experience but nobody wants to buy this overpriced crap. there was basically no training, i get here and a few weeks later they give us an unhinged document regarding field expectations. my entire team said that the bonus cap doesn’t matter because nobody will come close to it. they don’t care about culture or employees at all. my boss says Gerard is an idiot and everyone knows it but apparently it’s been this way since day one. if you treat your employees poorly and take them for granted your tough guy routine stops working. i’m already looking for another job and wish I had never accepted this role. it seems to be a revolving door here. i wish someone had told me how unhappy everyone was before I accepted the pathetically low offer. buy and bill my butt. this is worse than anyone could have expected.
