I have an interview with Ventiv in the next couple weeks at one of those hiring centers (?). Anything in particular I can expect? Coming from Novartis with 12 years exp.
 






Bring your year end reviews, a few Field Contact reports, copies of your year end MIR's with rankings, and any of the awards you have one (the actual wooded awards). A big brag book is important to the some of these people, the bigger the better. Best of luck. I had 10 years at Novartis myself, and start on the BI contract next Monday.

I should have checked my spelling before I sent my reply....I meant to type in "awards that you have won", not one....
