After initially embracing this, I am finding many providers and health systems no longer want to use this format. They will accept lunches and call on phone, but no Engage. Anyone else seeing this?
Be careful and cautious. If you are in Sam's region he monitors this very closely and really likes to report high numbers of engagement calls to senior management. If yiu are part of "Grinch Chris" district that's even worse. He is afraid of Sam and what ever Sam wants he is not going to challenge it. Watch your back!!!!
