I hate hate hate the Veela scheduler & NBA that we have to use. It’s just something else that’s going to consume more of my time and I’ll definitely never use it. Actually it’s going to require me to do more useless work.

Really? Get your head out of the clouds. You need to worry more about lay offs and your territory performance than grumbling about “more work” you have to do. We will need to do LESS work with it......... that is if you do any pre-call plan in the first place which is sounds like you don’t. Old school isn’t the best school. Times are changing, keep up.

Sorry dude. But nobody is reading the emails that we and other companies flood their inbox with. I don’t want to have to send them more or go dismiss 50 suggestions a day that I’ll be tracked on. I don’t want to have to enter my schedule for the week again because I already have it. It’s duplicate work. My days and times with prescribers are never the same so if I set my cycle to repeat then I got to take the time to move everything around. Again wasting time with unnecessary work.
Just wait, when you start using it you’re going to duplicate calls etc and then you will need to take time to fix it all.
I’ve been through this before. It’s another time waster and just more busy work that NOBODY uses
