What quota adjustment? They will never admit they are wrong. It cost under $4.00
to make the drug, and marketing has no idea how to promote it.
Marketing should be held responsible for the failure. It's long term maintainence, and
should be sold as 3 refills for $30. We have the highest co-pay card and the worst behing the scenes formulary help.
 




Don't you get it ? These folks in corporate are the "good o'l boys".
They sit around, hi five each other, think everything they do is great, and
can not handle constructive criticism. Anything from the outside, or from the
rep's is a threat or negative. They have the DM's tow the line to the field.

Look at all the promotions, in house. The experience they have is only from the Galderma
Corporate bubble, with nothing new, innovative, creative, cutting edge for the field. The
only thing they do is make videos. Oh yeah, that's outsourced and we pay over $100,000.

They need to clean house or bring in some QUALITY from the outside.

STIEFEL is going to kick our ass. They already have better formulary coverage, they have a pre-launch campaign to all targets, $10 copay, and similar efficacy.

Oh well, we're number 1. Whose collecting that data, a French company ?
 








The drug works, you just can't see the results. It doesn't take plaque away, lessen redness
or itch. So does Cetaphil cream and Vaseline. Oh, it's RX, why not pay the avaerage out-of-pocket of $90. Everyone has that to spare, right?
 




RIFUKINGDICULOUS! I have a hanful of Tac and Dov being written, nothing significant.
All I hear is replace and steal. It doesn't exist, get real.
I would say 80% of Spray is not written for psoriasis, so Vectical can't be tacked on.

Most Clobex Spray and Shampoo is written for folliculitis and dermatitis. Psoriasis is too small of a market. Go for seb derm and eczema and you will be fine with your numbers. Vanos is focusing on those areas and leaving psoriasis for the fools that want to waste their time there. Get a clue.
 




Vectical is 40% of commission. It's for psoriasis, not the other stuff.

Quota setting can not be justified, it's based off of % of Spray RX and we compete
in both markets VHPS and D against Taclonex. Double whamee against our Market Share.

Just another way to pay less.
 




Please, bring some of the good drugs we read about in the Galderma Worldwide Publication to the USA.

We are tired of what's in our bag. Every division is tired of the spin.
 












Commission plan is so skued as is quota setting. It's a joke that they can lie to our face
that the data is correct. All the free voucher programs are not captured or repoted correctly. Each of us have doctors/pa's without presciber profile data that our competitors have.
Why don't we have it. I compared some numbers with a Medicis rep, way off. Our numbers were so much lower. Very scarey !

Oh bull. Our commission plan, quota, and reports are fine. You wouldn't gripe so much, if your pathetic sales efforts resulted in some measurable increases in business. If you are moving product, the commission plan and quota and reports will show it, and you will make plenty of $. If you aren't effectively moving product, those things will show that too...and instead of going to the bank to deposit a well earned bonus check, you will get on this website and acted all confused about these things...whining and complaining. Now, go do something useful, or move on to some other great profitable industry that will pay you megabucks for your amazing talents.
 




This must be the generous bonus $ you loser DMs are getting that is doing this bullshit talking. You know, that $ you are getting to keep the reps from complaining. Wow, talented DMs. Management must think you are Fucking Useless too.
