The three of them are bullies. They lead by fear. They beat us up with constant meetings and training that keeps us out of the field and then beat us up on our call reports and hold our pay and jobs over our head. They hate change because it means they will have to do some work, so they scare management away from any new ideas that may drive the business. God forbid we do something to increase that whopping 10% market share. These three are stealing money from the company and living pretty good lives. That could be said for the crew in New Jersey to. vision care loses money but they all get paid out.
