VC Take Over

This company is ripe for venture capital buy out.

480M a year company with 450 branches that are understaffed doing less than 1m a year in rev. 6 levels of management above the location management.10 conference calls a week about nothing except to justify middle managements jobs.

A VC would eliminate at least 4 levels of bloated middle management. Make it lean. Take care of debt obligations. Fire corp. management and the board that continues to ruin a very potentially profitable company.

It is the only way Rotech will survive in this new healthcare environment!

We can only hope that a responsible company will take us over and get rid of all of those middle management people who have no clue what the locations do on a daily basis.

Understaffed is an under statement. Equipment is crap. Vans that break down. The locations are under so much pressure to perform with out the resources they need.
