VBU Culture











































The culture in the vaccines business unit is one of stress, hopelessness and eventual doom. R&D is not very good. Shingrix was a one hit wonder and is losing steam. Leadership, starting with Judy is LAME.
Just a total crap show.
 






You want to improve the culture offer some retirement packages. This is absurd that some territories have 2 people and others 1 in the exact territory. It’s just because we have too many sales people and they didn’t know what to with “extras”. I guess they are afraid too many people will put their hands up and exhibit how bad the culture really is. It’s also a good move for shareholders. They can trim some serious fat by letting older high salaried people leave. They get their money back in a year on those packages.
 






It's a tough task to improve culture in the VBU. So much negative energy. It all comes from Judy down. Leadership is at fault. Such poor leadership. Lost souls are the remaining field employees that remain.
Long gone are the good old days of Al as our leader.

Open your eyes, this person posting isn’t the problem. The majority of people here feel this way. Why do you think we are having a 2 hour “culture workshop?” Unfortunately leaders here don’t get it. You can’t force culture from the top down.
Judy and Kim are a joke.
 












Anyone that worked for Camille can tell you, when leaders talk about culture nonstop, that usually means there’s a lack of good culture.

oh Camille believed in culture alright. A terrible one of intimidation, not being allowed to speak up and lying. She was and is one of the worst human beings. She is mean, a liar and cares about no one but herself. I know she is gone but she was awful.

Camille was horrible. Thank God she is gone. Jack Bailey supported her hire. Shame one him. They both worked at Lilly but that is no excuse for him to have supported her hire. That makes him as bad as she was.
Toxic. Hope she burns in Hell.
