Vascular Rep

I would say around $125K at plan, more if you kill it, less if you struggle.
The Vascular side of the Procedural Solutions team in adding new products, it could be a solid opportunity depending on the territory.

Can anyone give me some info on what the Rgional Sales Managers (Surgical & Vascular) make in compensation? Who they report to? (National Sales Manager, VP of Sales) and who that person is? Getting ready for an interview any info would be greatly appreciated!!

Any feedback on Phil Royston Area VP for Procedural Solutions division?? Good or Bad let's hear it???

Best manager I've ever worked with. Good developer of people and always puts his people ahead of his own ambitions. He has one of the best reputations in the company in regard to hiring strong individuals.

I am a surgical rep, we used to make better money when we didn't have the instruments.
I think most of us will come in around $130-$150K, with the top reps probably coming in around $175K or so.

No one makes plan. You will realistically make about 20K in commission on top of your base. Selling the tubing is near impossible without IV solutions

No one makes that much here. It continues to get worse year after year as Carefusion finds new ways not to pay the sales force.
