Vanguard Knee….how much longer?

At some point we need to ditch it if we are going to pull our dress up for Medtronic, right?

So, how much longer do we sell against ourselves?

does Hansen even know we still carry two total knee lines?

Worst ever mistake in medtech history....Zimmer buying Biomet. Ask anyone with a normal or even slightly below normal IQ. And here we are still.....cleaning shit up. 7 years later trying to get our mojo back.

Why are you so worried about getting rid of vanguard. It’s a great knee. Triathlon is about as old but Stryker keeps growing with it. Doctors that use the vanguard love it. What’s wrong with two knee systems. The company is big enough to offer two. We offer what 10 different femoral stems.

we definitely need a low cost option that we can give away to low cost centers. Vanguard is perfect for that. One knee make us too vulnerable to discounting. At least this way we can point to a low cost knee.

There's four knees still and on the revision there's still persona, luck, 360, and ssk.

Something has to get cut just for inventory purposes. NKII should have been gone when they said it was going to be gone years ago, but they messed up with backorders and dug their own grave with that.

Low cost facilities. Lol. Why would any reps with a brain still be working these facilities? I learned years ago that working 4 times as much for same amount of money is pointless. Find yourself some facilities where you can charge out the ass and keep it simple.

spot on! Zimmer bought Biomet to stop the bleeding and screwed it up so bad they actually increased the bleeding. Hilarious to watch.
