Coming here was a huge mistake. The micromanaging is so bad and they are requiring so many programs that it really seems like they are trying to buy prescriptions.

Oh it’s horrible, my manager expects me to go visit my customers each day and leaves me alone. I have unlimited in-service budget too and they’re giving us Audis. It’s brutal!

I like the reports that come out that show everyone’s calls per day how many doctors per day they’re seeing how many samples a week they’re leaving how many in services per day they’re doing how do some
some people do 17 in services in one day though that’s the one thing I don’t get and some people make 10 calls a day and other reps are doing three calls per day ?

Duh, the reps doing that many in services and calls per day are lying. Just like they do at every pharma company with high call volumes and large amounts of calls on doctors. Everyone in the industry knows doctors aren’t seeing you without a lunch except in very very rare occasions. A ton of offices don’t even do lunches anymore so you know the reps with high call volumes fake their calls. Have someone surprise them with a ride day and see how many docs they randomly see on those days lol.
