Not long. The problems with Valeant will destroy the whole company. It won't be long before Valeant's giant roll-up starts to unroll, and B+L, along with all the other divisions, will be sold for scrap.

Agreed. My advice is to hike up your skirt a little more and see if that works. It did for me.

B&L's problem with Valeant started the day Valeant bought them. This was the worst company I have ever worked for. B&L's training was joke. The quotas were impossible and the managers lie to clients to help favored reps meet quotas. Buy an inventory now and return it by this date for a return. Then the managers lie to upper management. Mark my man your days are numbered as number one son.

As an ex BL employee I truly feel sorry for my ex colleagues who are scratching their heads as to what hit them. The writing was always there and some of us were smart to leave and gain more where we are now. I can feel your pain but all I can tell to jump the ship now - your CEO has a open subpoena - stock has lost more than 70% - debt is $10B more than market value - I still can't explain the mess to my family and I left the mess couple of years ago - how do you explain the mess to your family. Do what is right and move to where you are appreciated and where there is no issues like today. Good luck you all and I am rooting for you.

You are absolutely smacking correct - need to finalize offer acceptance and move on and try to remember what has been good with Bausch and forget the drama of oink face MP.

Calling bullshit on this. Docs are not concerned with Valeant, unless you are in there whining like a baby.

Pharma companies all have problems. All of them. It's no better or worse here. You ate getting paid. Bonuses are going out. You have better benefits than most. Sample issues are over. Corporate is working on solutions to pricing issues ( find another eye care company that is). Nothing is perfect. Spend your time focusing on more positives and you will be happier. Grow up. Work is not a fairy tale- it's work. Go do it. Stop your constant sniveling.
