Recruiter called me for a job as vaccine specialist at this company and is selling me on the company culture but as am reading here looks like the culture sucks.
Can you guys give me some insight? How is the culture and the leaders? I would be leaving a good gig for this. Only reason Im open is cause the pay is higher.

Don't leave for a VSS position. It is the primary cariest of all primary care jobs. All metrics, all the time. Are you number 1 in the nation? Doesn't matter, you have 7.3 call per day average and that is bad.

Culture used to be the best. It's a mindless, thankless job. The leaders are pharmacists who never sold a thing, were dead last when they were promoted, and just believe anything the big tortilla flipper in Nashville says. There is a reason there's so much turn over.

that sounds really high.Factor 60 mins for lunch and drive time between locations in a medium to large geography average of 30-45 mins - about 4.5 hour total driving time to get to 7 locations plus logistics ?

You just proved to be too smart for this role based on this comment. Don’t lower yourself to this

How does someone who has consistently underperformed in Sales, is failing miserably as a Leader get “promoted” again? Questioning everything the new structure is not favorable in the East

Everyone here seems to have a pretty negative take on the company. Is there ANYTHING positive? I am considering applying for a sales position and coming from a place of unemployment....the salary range doesn't seem too shabby.

If you're unemployed, apply. Take the check and immediately start looking. You will quickly find out there is a circle of people who constantly get promoted and there is little room for promotion anywhere else. You will also figure out that they will change the structure, goals, and plan even 6-8 months for whathever reason

There are good people here, but management is a real mess especially some managers.

These leaders don’t practice inclusive leadership and are self serving seems deliberate keep friends , cronies, robots around that disguise incompetence and corruption
