If SCOTUS rules that the mandates are constitutional and Bausch starts forcing us to get vaccines (or boosters for the unforeseeable future), what are you going to do?
 






My grandma, like thousands of others, believed Biden’s lie that he was going to shut down the virus and the vax/booster would stop them from getting sick or spreading it. Biden lied, thousands died!

They can't "force" you to get the vaccine. They CAN make you get a test to show you don't have the virus to remain an employee. This was stated in a previous email. There will be medical and religious exemptions therefore testing will be required. They have that right. You have the right to chose whether to be an employee or not.

COVID does not pose a grave and imminent treat/danger in the workplace (or anywhere else) regardless of vaccination status. As long as the majority on the Supreme Court agrees, the vaccine mandate is dead.

What poses a grave and imminent threat/danger? The combination of live electrical wires and water pose a grave and imminent threat/danger because a majority of people that come into contact with the combination of the two are likely to die or at least be hospitalized. A majority that come into contact with COVID are going to survive and be fine (regardless of vaccination status).

After that Title VII fiasco I lost a lot of faith in our Supreme Court.
