Is it true Merck is requiring the vaccine mandate for new hires? Are there any exceptions for religious/medical reasons?

Mandate for all US employees, including new hires. Current employees can file for a medical exemption (not aware of any for religion), unlikely most will be accepted and doubtful this will apply to job candidates.

exceptions- WTF! if you don't believe in vaccines or pharmaceuticals then why are you applying at Merck? Also, if you are already whining and you haven't even been offered a position, then look elsewhere.
