Vaccine Immune Business Manager

It's a horrible job.. You will be covering 3/4 states and they require you to travel 2-3 nights per week. It's torture here. Fear-mongering, sadistic and divisive management. There is no leadership. The Dinosaurs that lead stay up at night thinking of new check-boxing mandates that have nothing to do with selling. You will always be made to feel that you have to justify your job, and show off your success stories.. You are always living under a microscope... Some of this might be justifiable if the products were actually solid.. But as of now, one product was pulled off the market and it may return q4. the second product is a vaccine for the flu sold in a time where HCPs are not wanting to deal with administering vaccines and are simply just sending their patients to the Pharmacy. There is no pull thru with Marketing Direct to Consumer and there is no outreach to the PHarmacies..

The problem with this role is leadership. If this role is on the eastern part of the US then you will be micromanaged by someone who knows very little about this space. Conference calls, success stories, and checking the box are the most important things to contribute. The brand leadership is even worse with their strategies and decisions screwing over our customers every single year. It doesn't matter how good you are at selling as long as AG is at the helm our product will continue to tank. My advice is if you value your sanity and self worth, then go somewhere else.
