How many weeks of vacation does a new hire get each year? Personal days? Does company shut down between Christmas-New Years? What is the training schedule for this next wave of new hires? Is there a national meeting? When/where?

Is the 3 weeks standard? I just wanted to verify because I am looking through my offer package and can't seem to find any mention of vacation.

Also, does anyone know what the car options are? I have to check off whether I want a sedan $45, mid size suv $45, or large suv $85. I've searched the forum and seem to be getting a wide range of possibilities. Anyone know what the current choices may be in each of those groups? I'm leaning toward the sedan or mid size suv, but having an idea of what those are would help.

I know these aren't major concerns, but as far as the vaca goes I just found it odd that I don't see it anywhere in the offer package.

3 weeks vacation is standard with Novo for the first 4 years
4 weeks vacation at 5 years
5 weeks vacation at 10 years

I don't know all the sedan car choices. I do know that for the extra money you can get a Ford Explorer, Dodge Caravan or Chevy Traverse.

I came from Sanofi and had 5 weeks coming into the offer. They offered me the standard 3 and I rejected their offer. My DBM wanted me bad enough, and was able to come back with an offer of 5 weeks. Depends on how bad the DBM is willing to go to bat for you.
