Title doesn't matter, simple formula:
first year 5 days
year 2 10 days
year 5 15 days
year 9 20 days
year 20 25 days and that's the end.
Three days off at the holidays Xmas eve, xmas day, and new year's day.
If you're in the job for the vacation time Forest is probably not for you. The policy is "use it or lose it" each year and you're discouraged from using it. Particularly if your supervisor has less tenure and vacation. Then they resort to intimidation and veiled threats about your "commitment to the job" when you request the vacation time you've earned. The same applies for family medical leave. If your spouse is ill or pregnant requiring you to take time off, start looking for another job. No joke, seen it happen more than I care to recall.
