Vacation Policy

For those currently with Alkermes, what is the vacation, personal days, sick days policy?

Vacation policy here is not very good compared to other pharma co's. We start with 3 weeks vacation which will be prorated if you don't start on january 1st. We do not get another week of vacation until we reach 5 FULL years with the company. There is the shut down between christmas and new years but all 4 of my prior co's had the shut down. I think you get 2 personal days. That's it.

Not as good as most pharma co's.
