Can anyone share with me the Vacation Policy? Is it 2wks at hire and then an additional week after a certain number of years? Thanks!

With the Amylin contract, a new hire gets 2 weeks...but you also get that last week of the year off...so it's kind of like 3 I guess.

my offer letter said you accrue .84 days vacation per month. this is for the amylin contract. are all contracts different?

all vacation for ventiv is the same, you accrue hours per month, contract ends, you get paid for the hours you accrued, no-one gets 2 wks from the start, and majority of the time, if your parent company is off between the xmas and the new year, you are expected to be in the field

I assure you if you work for Inventiv over 5 years you accrue more than .84 vacation per month

You may get two weeks of "official" vacation, but the un-official vacation runs about 3 weeks a quarter.

oh, i thought they were asking how many hours a quarter you should actually be working on a contract job or any pharma job for that matter, do as little as possible and collect the pay check
