Vacation payout

I am resigning tomorrow and putting in my two week notice. I will still be employed on my anniversary date so was wondering if I will get payed out for the three weeks that will be given to me on my anniversary date. Anyone know the answer to this?

no , you will be paid until today. What do you want to be paid for work you did nt do? This is not a union, bud. Go work for the UAW or govt if you expect to "BE PAID" for work you didnt do!!

that is tough to answer, bc technically your last day of employment is the date that you give in your 2-weeks notice

just be sure to date eveything, and keep copies of everything

when I quit I was paid out on 4 weeks vacation but was not near my anniversary date

yes, this is correct, use up vacation to get to that anniversary date if you are close, then give 2 weks notice IN WRITING and CC HR

I am happy for you - leaving Forest. I am glad I am not with Forest any longer - at least not working with the people I was working with anyway. I know there are some nice people at Forest, but most of them are back stabbing. I got my vacation pay.
