This is not a pharma job, this is Forest. 6 month probation on ALL new suckers who come on board here thinking they broke "in" to pharma....ahahahhaa.ahahhahahaha. Forest cracks me up. 52K all salaries, specialty positions are entry level, and managers are used car salesmen enterprise reps....fucking hilarious!

Forest managers are the worst. Get more signatures blah blah blah. What a joke! Any normal company would give at least 2 weeks vacation right off the bat. Oh yeah. Forest does not believe in work life balance. My manager seems to think his not being at home with his family days on end is some badge of honor. It's pretty bad when your job defines who you are (especially if you work at Forest - Ha!).

With the new accrual starting.. If we are approaching our anniv date before the june changeover, what do you think they will do with our vacation?

No, we do not close during Christmas week. Your manager will try to spin this unfortunate situation by telling you and the team that this is a perfect week to get more time with your doctors. Since other respectable companies close during this week, they'd like you to think that doctors will give you more time since there are less reps in the field. Whatever!

I just hit my anniversary date this month and my full vacation was given too me.
