Does vacation benefit vary by contract? I've read full time gets 2 weeks & 2 personal on at least some of the J&J contracts. what's the part time benefit look like?
Can you take unpaid here if you need extra off? Normally pharma companies (even cso) give at least 3 weeks in year 1 to full time.

This is not a pharma company it is a CSO and you will get the bare minimum on everything. The vacation is the same on every contract. You accrue vacation over time and therefore are not granted it upon hire. You get to accrue 2 weeks until you are employed here for 3 years (which will never happen). Expect much less than your former cushy big pharma gig because you will get nothing like this here. Your contract will end early and it is near impossible to get the quintile recruiters to contact you for other contracts after you are gone. Those are the realities. You have been warned.

Find somewhere else to work if this is not suitable.
