There is an answer to this question, but before we get to that, would you mind answering one first?
--Does your decision to work here really hinge on vacation days?
Asked another way: If you find out that everything about the job and company is a perfect match for what you're looking for, but the company will only give you 18 instead of 20 vacation days, would this be a deal breaker for you?
I am demanding 6 weeks vacation! My talent is well worth it!

You are an idiot. Why wouldn't you try to negotiate for even more? No one is saying they would walk away, but why not try and get more. More money too. The person with the most toys wins. Don't be the lame ass that didn't try. A good salesperson knows how to negotiate, a bad one runs to his manager to help.

Ha, no one in pharma Sells anything.
15 days prorated per year, 2 personal days and 3 floating holidays. Shut down week between Xmas and new years this? . 9 Paid holidays and 5 sick days. You can carry over 5 vacation days to the next year if you didn't use them all the previous year.
That's from the company website. Do your homework before you ask stupid questions. I hope they hire me over you. I know how to research a company a find the answers on their website. Moron.
If no one in pharma sells anything, then why do they pay us so damn much? Think about it a second before you reply.
