Vacancies?

Why so many primary care sales spots open, especially in the East? What is the company like to work for?

Resignations and a promotion or two. Company is decent to work for, however pay tends to be low and most PCP/Uro leadership tends to be self-serving focused on their next job.

The upcoming Employment Engagement Survey will be telling, some leaders at all levels may be worked out soon. Or if it is not anonymous, reps will be worked out as payback.

I'm telling the hard truth in mine. Rolling the dice baby! If I get worked out, it will be with a clean conscious. Orlando will be a tense meeting. ;)

Well said! I saw too many of my PCP/Uro colleagues worked out in the past years. Most were because of a specific regional director that would turn on people for no apparent reason. Sad!
