Recent information has come to light regarding the turnover of the migraine manager's (AH) team based in Utah, which has occurred within a remarkable short period of less than six months. It is imperative to ascertain when MK will acknowledge this development, demonstrate concern, and take necessary steps to implement improvements. She has always been ranked last in MK area.
 


















When speaking with the other managers, they expressed concerns about AH performacne, stating that she is not representing the group or even her team in a favorable manner. I don't work for her but the word from her reps are all the ones with options have left and almost all the current reps are shopping their resume around. The reps say she is impossible to work for. The funny part is the reps talk crap about her and she talks crap about her reps to other reps and managers.

I heard the news today that another rep has left the Utah migraine sales team. It's becoming increasingly clear that the management is failing to create a supportive environment. These constant departures highlight a serious issue with leadership. Instead of addressing the problems that drive talent away, it seems like the manager is either oblivious or indifferent. This situation is demoralizing for the rest of us who are trying to do our job effectively. When will management take responsibility and make the necessary changes?
 






spoke with a rep from Utah today. it appears the reps will continue to leave as fast as the new reps can get hired. The manager doesn't understand that the reps are all leaving because of her.
