Exact will look out for Exact. This product will NOT have commercial coverage until 2017. Management will expect huge unrealistic increases quarter after quarter. Expect to be "driven" out if you can't produce. Look out for yourself. Don't trust anyone, especially what your manager tells you.

So much truth in this. In the meantime, just lie (don't get into conversation) and tell patients it's covered. The kits get shipped anyway. So what if your credibility is shot with the prescriber after patients get bills. You won't be here anyway in a year or 2.

Ratings are overrated plain and simple. The patient is not going to say oh it has this rating so I'll do it. Sure coverage matters alot but the greater issue is far to many don't want to do a stool test that's why this will continue to crawl for a long time.

All these major systems depend on ratings. So shut the fuck up

You won't get an argument with MA about that gameplan
