• Make it like cafepharma, but for different industries: over the years we’ve had suggestions for creating a site similar to cafepharma, but for different industries. Now there is a place. Check out CompanyUnderground for company forums in other industries. Don’t see a company? Request it here. Let your friends and family outside the pharma/medical sales space know they now have a safe, anonymous place to talk.

it's a clear as day - the tactic is to delay layoffs as long as possible so that people opt to leave on their own... toxic doesn't begin to describe the environment here. of course people are looking elsewhere. it's downright depressing. never in my 15 years with the company have I seen anything like this. leadership changing their minds, saying one thing, then another, town halls canceled, all hands canceled, terrible and fake communications, or no communication at all, and lucky if people even show up in the office now. the working from home policy is being well used, and who can blame us, claps all around for implementing that policy everyone. hearing of people in therapy over what they are living with on a daily basis. the rumor mill, the politics, the atmosphere, it's all a disaster. whole groups without work to do as they wait for news coming on a timeline that hasn't been shared. morale doesn't even exist anymore. sad state of affairs my friends, and all of this could have been handled so much better by the powers that be.

Danny and Sev, are you listening?

For all the talk of Transformation around here, this sure feels like every other reorganization I've been through at this company. Leadership telling us it's "business as usual" while we see colleagues all over the company being laid off - Manufacturing, gRED, PD, Commercial. Our turn in USMA is next.

Let's see if they actually tell us anything at the USMA Town Hall tomorrow or if they show us the same slides that they've literally shown us the last three Town Halls and tell us to be patient, that they are working on it at their numerous MLT offsites (how many have they had so far?), they will tell us as soon as they can and how important is is to keep fostering our Agile Mindset.
