I don't know if that really matters ...but what does matter is I work for one that enjoys 50% MS with new products that trump anything coming out over the next few years....so why listen to a 10%, at best, MS company make claims they have the best stuff it's just silly. What's keeping you at 10% MS then? Go pick fights where you have an opportunity to win.

Too funny. The answer is obvious. The market is changing as administration has become the buyer and ACO's take over reimbursement. That leaves 3 year leads and icd's behind. Hospitals simply can't afford them. Ms is shifting. Fee for service will be a distant memory soon as will 1 amp hour batteries. What a greedy move the fat pig made to benefit only themselves.
