Useless FSLM position

So this new FSLM position was supposed to, I thought, be a training benefit to the fso and actually help us. I have seen nothing but condescending interactions, poor time and training management, and disorganization. Does the FSLM team really think they are helpful? Megan Azar is the worst of the group that I have dealt with. Thoughts?

2009 drank heavily while watching a twit win rep of the year when she did nothing to deserve it
2010 winner of several awards including ass kisser of the year
2011 winner of the condescending to anyone who is not me award
2012 winner of not watching something shiny award, oh wait is that shiny?
 






What do you expect? It's a decentralized position that should be based from home office. Hard to be effective when there are not enough resources to support those in these positions.
