US Salesforce Should Go On Strike

After EB's demoralizing and threatening call last week I started thinking...what would happen if the US Aesthetics salesforce all just stopped working and went on strike? They are already recording historic revenue YTD without having to pay any of the reps that are the ones making this happen. This call was just icing on a shitty ass year.

this would get EB fired. He’s missed every quarter since he took over. He also chose KH as VP after she made remote sampling available to the Salesforce.

You act like your products won't continue to sell without you. You don't drive demand, you just facilitate orders for existing business... Bye Felicia!
Sure Jan, $250k orders don't sell themselves at the end of every quarter. WE close those deals. Without us everyone would be using the cheapest shit like RHA or Versa...especially when time are times are tough economically.

RHA or Versa are decent fillers at an affordable price. The companies selling them are shit.

All fillers are commodities at this point. Let’s get real- do a blinded test of restylane vs Rha vs juvederm bs versa and nobody will notice a meaningful difference. From a business perspective versa is half the price and decent results. Companies need to realize that filler and also toxin ar commodities like water and bacon. Brands don’t mean anything unless there is a distinct advantage and in
this market there since any other than the fact that the bigger companies make people trainers and bribe people for social media screen Time.

Great post! This is exactly it. A filler is a filler is a filler. The same way a toxin is a toxin. All the products on the market are decent (must be to secure FDA approval). What makes the difference is the price (+ free samples) and the marketing, medical and training machine put in place by the manufacturers. Sustained category growth over years in a commoditized market without innovation is remarkable.

Ever wonder why all the issues with filler in the US started when Versa and RHA hit the market? Sorry that the science is about your head. There’s a huge difference between the products and their long term impact. Huge.
Now, you’re losing in your market because you’re making excuses and playing the victim. Learn the science, sell on something besides price and codes.
Marketing will continue to be a joke so it’s up to the field, as always.

Issues with fillers?! What issues?
RHA and many other Juvederm & Restylane, me too’s have been sold in Europe for years without any problems. The only difference is price and manufacturer investment. Fake science is all marketing bullshit to create pseudo- differentiation.

When sitting round the table this holiday. Reflect on the narcissistic vulnerable desperate women we help puffy up and look more plastic and fake this year. We ran up there credit cards and their husbands left them for a younger, hotter model with less miles on the transmission.

“their credit cards”. You’re welcome.

Let’s start with how teoxane and prollenium handle their AEs. They don’t, just blame them on injection technique and that’s it. I say this, but I actually don’t think their product is bad. My problem with them is the way they, specifically Prollenium, flood the market, offer shady deals, allow anyone to inject but pretend they don’t, promote overfilled faces, boobs, dicks, and bbls. Oh, have I mentioned prollenium promotes and pays their reps for off label? Heard from a rep in the south making a killing in commission by selling versa for male enhancement and said his GM allows all this. We can’t do this at Galderma, but have crazy high quotas and have to compete with these unethical companies. I think Allergan and Merz also struggle with this because they are not allowed to operate the way prollenium and revance do.

Yup, heard the same thing about Revance rep in my area. Male rep from a non-injectable company told me Revance rep asked him if he wanted to be the model for male enhancement training with big office.
