Olympus is now running new hire training programs every week around the country. It has become a new top level management initiative, to get the number of total open rep positions down quickly. They were at 60 plus openings. Every week they keep pumping the new reps through training, so that it doesn't appear that anything is wrong. The same old Olympus trying to save face, without fixing anything whatsoever. All that means is that they are completely turning over the whole 1000 person salesforce and that we have a bunch of green horns without relationships, now covering hospitals where they don't provide any value. Ridiculous. #OCAJOKE
