I am interviewing for a spot on the Uro Team.

How is Vesicare doing?

What is the best part of being at Astella?

What is not so great about Astella?

Thanks in kind...

First, the company is Astellas, not Astella. VESIcare is outperforming other branded products, but getting killed by generics. The best part about Astellas? Still thinking about that one. What's not so great? The fact that our company culture has devolved into big pharma. Everything is about meaningless metrics and not about sales. Good luck.

Astellas is a pit of corruption, threats, bullying, massive constant lies about everything.

You better spend some time reading the posts on this shity little pharma company before you make a bigBigBIG MISTAKE. And you will have no one to blame but yourself since you have been warned.

Just wondering... Is this your full time job now? To monitor CP and degrade the company to whoever shows the slightest interest? You really need to get a life and move past your bitterness. Maybe you've been wronged, or maybe there's corruption... It's CORPORATE AMERICA! Live with it or get out! Those are your options. People need jobs and don't need to hear your whining. Please and thank you!

Wow! You must be in management. This company sounds a lot like another Japanese pharma company I am very familiar with - Eisai. And, yes, I did leave. Accepted a severance package and got out. Very satisfied with the decision and I can relax now. No more micro-managing BS, and that includes worthless Field Visits. These companies want to make you believe that it is not better anywhere else. That's BS, too. This is an unstable industry, and working for an employer that embraces a fear-based company culture is detrimental to sales force morale and, over time, is dangerous for your health.

No, I'm not in management and thank you for your concern, but if you got out and can finally relax - why are you here? Jobs are hard to come by and the unemployment checks just don't cut it when you need a roof over your head and have a family to feed .

You are right about needing to feed the family etc...

BUT, why should anyone have to compromise their integrity just to keep a job? For some of us, it is very hard to live with the nonsense which is being asked of the sales force!

It's really very simple..........your happiness with your job will depend on your manager. Period. It's pharma, I've been with 4 companies in my 20 years and there isn't that much difference. It's all about your manager.
