It was mentioned yesterday by a few on this board that some numbers had come through to Pernix Therapeutics and simply put by the posters of this information, investors had gotten what they wanted and some sort of announcement was to be made.

I would appreciate if someone could offer a little insight, thank you.

NB: i am neither an investor or employee of Pernix. I carry out stock analysis and have been closely following Pernix for a little over a year. I encourage all replies

Honestly you see why serious minded sales reps and others are not sharing details on this board. It is because others are ruining it with garbage posts. Deal is far from completed and not signed - at attorneys which means anything can happen. And lawyers like to derail deals.
