The previous guy was pretty good but was forced out because the idiot sales managers/sales reps needed someone to blame when their numbers tanked, so this poor guy took the fall.
Beware. The sales leadership has little to no respect for this team and is looking to get rid of them. Most of the sales management don't fully understand the reimbursable nature of Botox and are too stupid to understand it and this trickles down to the reps.
