THis division is such a shit show... 9 people left in 8 months, one of the specialty reps is a disbarred lawyer who spent a year in prison, manager Kelly B went from Rep to specialty rep to manager in 3 months- and then they wonder why the numbers are low. CHris D is doing a great job running his region into the ground. Even with constant badgering to promote off label, numbers don't move. If you work in this division or are thinking about working in this division - run.
 




This is the norm for this company... They hire people with no experience - which is fine, i get it.. management wants to "groom them" to be what they want. but that doesnt work when the managers have no experience actually managing anything. This company only cares about the bottom line and how little they can get away with paying people. they have no desire to have a quality management team that actually has the ability to help and train reps... Chris D. literally has told reps to be pushy and promote off label.. "IF you arent getting kicked out of offices you arent doing your job." ... that really will get the company so much respect.

Do what you're told. If the doc is stupid enough to take the bait, then that's on him. Better be more aggressive and ruthless in your next gig. No excuses!
