So the company and particular RDs knew about Upsher Smiths approval for XR topamax during the NSM and denied and refused to acknowledge the approval. You RDs would sell you soul to the devil. I'm disgusted to be apart of this company. You speaks ethics and doing the right thing but you sure as hell don't practice it. BullSh!t if you ask me. Done with this crap.

WOW as a rep for this company these comments from an RD really scare me about the vision and mentality of Supernus. If a identical product on market no matter from whom doesn't worry you at least a little bit is naive and down right delusional. You also act if Supernus has superior name recognition over Upsher Smith which is also naive and delusional. So forgive me if I don't blindly follow your misguided comments while at the same time I question you leadership skills and sanity.

Very very very well said, these RDs are blind in there leadership and border on delusional.
 






My suggestion is that if you are so worried about competition from some 5th tier generic house then maybe you should work harder to capture share of mind and relationships prior to their approval. Isn't that what you are paid for?

You are crazy! Work harder? I bust my azz everyday for this company and you suggest to work harder. See this is the delusion I talk about with you RDs. So your telling me not to be worried about a CHEAPER generic of a XR topamax? RIDICOLOUS

Haaaaa it's getting comical now. It may not be exact but topamax already has a smooth delivery in the IR so the XR even if it's not identical is probably pretty dam close. But I understand why you RDs are in crisis control mode, you gave up a lot to come to Supernus and burned a lot of bridges in the process. You don't have much to fall back on, I'd suggest you polish your resume.

This is comical. I am a vet from Shire, and reading this board is crazy! What, you reps have like 9 months of experience and you think you know anything about pharmaceutical sales? Haha, what a joke!

I have a couple of friends who are RD's. They follow the direction of corporate. Their job is to follow the plan you morons. Bad on the corporate vision if you are so unhappy. Oh yea, BTW, I heard that no one has quit yet. Quit if you are so unhappy.

WOW your friends who are RDs must be really good friends, because if they were you'd know that there has been some turnover already. So when the simple facts of your post are incorrect forgive me for not listening to any of it.

BTW were you one of the people who wanted to get out of Shire and come to Supernus? Because I understand there were numerous ones who did. Just be glad you have a job with stability and a future because Supernus is a sinking ship. And that pains me to say that as a current Supernus rep.

This is a glimpse into what's wrong with some of the RDs in this company. Accusations of not working hard because you are not growing market share when almost everyone is out here busting ass everyday!

Yep agree 100%, I have emailed a link to this thread to NS, JH, and TR. Our team has a very good belief that this was sent from our RD. She has mentioned this very thing a number if times.
