Update on the Heating and Air Conditioning rep!

I just learned from a co-worker that the CSR that was hired in Texas that was formerly a HVAC sales rep only lasted about 2 weeks, then he pulled the plug and quit. Said he could not hack it. What is sad is that this individual interviewed all the way up to the top. If you work at Intuitive you will know the levels at which the new hires are asked to interview with. Also, I would hate to be the BONEHEAD CSM that recruited this guy or the idiot CST that this guy did the ride along with. Those 2 had to give the green light to move him forward. This speaks volumes as to what is going on at this place. All the while there are people I work that are truly talented and are simply left to die on the vine.

I think someone in HR gets some sort of sick sexual pleasure out of this. There is no other rational explanation.
