From the booth, good news is that company has been raising capital/cash to help fund continued operations and help pay debt via stock offerings to strategic partners. No worries about any future de-listing of the stock as should it not raise and settle above $1 the company can always reverse stock split so that the market cap of the company does not get effected by any delisting. Hope is this is not required but is a very viable option to support companies goal of restructuring into 2017 by improving financials.

Do not expect any PR announcement on the above as Wall Street may react negatively short term on this news. But news would be needed for long term goals of restructuring company. Which would make any strategic partnership of buyout more attractive in 2017.
