And you my friend are a fool; Bausch is grossly overstaffed on the pharma sales side. Look at valeants history, and their mo. Sales will have some layoffs. I can only hope that you people who are saying 'everything will be fine', get the axe immediately.

Whether it comes this week or in 6 mos. it is coming. Do you see or even know what happens when V comes in? Or for that matter, any buy out? Be smart. Get out now. Do what I did a few yrs ago after 15 yrs in pharma. Find a B2B job. Ignore it and more likely than not you will be looking. Sunrise Act isn't helping either.

I am making 40k more a year now than I did at BL. Best move Iever made. It took me almost a yr to get it though. I had a job too at BL. I can only imagine how hard it would hhave being laid off. There are a lot of good people left. You will learn have to really sell though.

Discount my words because my phone auto corrected from Sunshine Act. Have fun in pharma. It is a shell of its former self. Used to be a sales job but now is just tracking and a marketing job. I would love to see you close someone to sign a contract for 80K.
