Upcoming CNS Changes

Hey management... fucking tell us already! I guarantee you the current speculation on what's ahead is distracting us more than if you actually gave us some kind of outline as to what's up. My manager is losing her mind, so it's not just the reps, OK?

Abbvie…. Please get rid of Renner. His time is up. The changes and his handling of it all is a clusterf***. Everyone is pissed at the lack of direction and transparency.

You tell us. No one is saying shit as to how this is playing out. With 150 new hires, more DM's and RD's... we will be all over each other, even with a new drug/indication.

haha. That dude is like a bad case of herpes (which he probably has, right SB?). Look at his track record in every other division he has ever been in charge of. It is destroyed and crushed within a few years. He has absolutely 0 redeeming qualities and I’d about as inspiring as a colonoscopy. He is everything that is wrong with our industry. He’s achieved his positions by stepping on and abusing those around him to get ahead. He has a nice bank account but no soul and no integrity
But outside of that I’m sure he’s a swell person

where are the new reps going? Will they be specialists? I love it when a company promotes people before they are even hired over people that have broken their backs for Abbvie! Agree with the large majority of the above threads. If you are in CNS, will we have more partners or just specialists concentrating on the new indications?

One thing is completely obvious from the hiring going on for new positions... ZERO input came from reps or DM's. The simple question of "Would it make sense to have x many reps in this geography based on access/volume/specialists?" Who do you think knows better? CR and area directors that are making these decisions? RD's who only want more share of voice and a bigger empire than the next RD? Reps will be all over each other and unhappy and it will be 100% upper management's fault. The next company survey will be shoved directly up their asses.

Hoe dare you question The Great CR! He is all wise in all things Pharma sales. Look at all the Divisions he’s turned around. And by turned around I may or may not mean destroyed ‍♂️ If Abvie is taking input from him, you are doomed

Once again... reps know all! Surprising that with your great wisdom that you havent become a VP yourself. Obviously poor oversight on behalf of leadership. Always next year Einstein

Reps most certainly do not know all.
But what is going on in a specific territory… RD’s and AD’s most definitely do not know all. And guess who will be working the territory day in and day out? Certainly not you…Einstein.

This is the same management group that felt it was appropriate to have 6 people selling Linzess in a territory, right? Remember that? My offices do.

You are exactly right as I AM an Einstein. Now shut your mouth and do what we tell you, like a good little career rep. If you don't then we can easily find someone else who will do your simple job

This smells a lot like an Allergan DM. Abbvie should flush the toilet and get rid of about 75% of you. Go play with your spreadsheets and pretend like you actually do something worth your pay, coach.
