Does anyone feel safe here? The Genentech I joined is gone. If you actually work or do your job, you're going to be targeted by those protecting their jobs. I believe in karma, so hoping this actually happens. What a sad fate for a great company.

We had way too many mid-management jobs...so we have now shuffled the mid manager jobs with a slight demotion. That makes perfect sense to me. And by the way, “congratulations on the most successful launch in Genentech history.” Don’t take it personal...just see yourself out.

I feel so sorry for those affected! What did they do wrong other than accepting offers here? It’s absolutely criminal how they can toss out people like trash. They better find spots for those poor people.
