Latest rumours are that 2 more waves are coming and even employees with exceed/exceed ratings are not safe.
Were basically told to focus, work harder and if it happens to you , it is your responsibility to keep yourslef employable.

Good old stable american symbol J&J is gone with the credo. Even if you are loyal for 30 years, it does not matter.

Just another employer these days, little reason to have pride in the J&J name. Kenvue split was a justification for more employee and benefit cuts. Old guard will be out in 2025, leaving a wake of destruction.
