Unpopular opinion but I think Jason Farley is really charismatic and is perfect for his role..he always sounds like such a dignified man when he speaks and its motivational..he could’ve been a good actor..

Seriously? Is this Kelly Jordan? I have heard the rumors about you and him. Jason couldn't run a Starbucks. He has that role because he planted his lips firmly on Jeff's ASS and keeps it there. If he has a LinkedIn profile check his background. His ONLY pharma experience was at Kowa! Before that he ran GM or worked at Google? Maybe he owned a successful startup somewhere and proved his leadership ability? No he was a TENNIS PRO! A tennis pro in Montgomery where he helped teach Ben's wife how impress other women at the club. Jason wasn't even a good enough to be a tennis pro at a real club. So yeah, he is awesome in the role. He is good at names though.

wait his only experience in Pharma is Kowa? And he is VP of Sales? The company is doomed.

That is wild they allowed JF to become VP of sales with no other Pharma experience. Only with Kowa. The SEG launch was a disaster. Kowa couldn’t handle it or have the experience to launch another drug. They need more experience and knowledge. Trust me.

Who promoted him to VP of Sales? Just because he is a yes man for JM doesn’t make him qualified. Someone said his only experience is Kowa. No other pharmaceutical experience. No wonder SEG was a disaster. The company won’t be able to launch another drug.

Can someone provide us with any available evidence about him and Kelly? Don’t make blatant accusations without evidence!!!
 
























Rumors huh? Where there is smoke there is fire. So Kelly and or Jason whoever wrote this, don't make it easy by going to conferences together in the west with no other managers. Hiring a wholly unqualified Kelly for an RM role or late nights together at more than one meeting. I am no longer there thankfully but I am certain Bill Clinton considered himself a good southern family man as well. I grew up in the south and the more righteous they seem the less likely they are. Good luck to those of you still waiting it out. I know some good people still stuck there who deserve better, but that Montgomery leadership brain trust couldn't power a 75 watt bulb. I never saw him with her or her with him, but signs point, and no one seems to care.

JM and JF is not enough manpower to launch a drug. Look at how SEG went. No insurance wanted to put it on their formulary. They made reps work like slaves while not listening to them. The marketing team is nonexistent. The managed care team is nonexistent. Most reps have left.

in recently quit and I’m making 30k more than I was at Kowa. I was a tenured rep and my salary was decent but I’m glad I am out. Get out while you can easier to find a job while you’re employed that after you’re all laid off. Good luck!
