Well they keep moving people back n forth from 12 hour shifts to 8 hour shifts back to 12. one of the things i loved about amgen that they respected quality of life that is gone. Moral is in the gutter since them coming out with the shift restructure. This is going to be a bad thing for ARI. Could be as bad as the RIF.
 






What they say about family life and what they do are two diferent things. Shift workers are treated like crap. We get a little snow during the week and they shutdown and all of the essentials get time and one half and the rest go home fully paid. On a weekend snow, hurricanes you name it, we get offered a hotel room so we can get back to work the next day, but no storm pay. Not even a free lunch on Thanksgiving or Christmas, they obviously think we are already getting more than we are worth....I vote unionize

As long as the HR dept is corrupt you will see more wrongful terminations. KG and others could care less if people lose their jobs in the worse economy in years as long as they save their own. To many good people have been walked out and no one cares. ARI is a crule place. Watch your ass at all times everyone is a target.
