LabCorp has the worst culture in the industry...bar none. HR has zero humanity. Management can't take any responsibility...only take credit and blame others...Upper management is busy trying to make NC believe their job is worthwhile. So much potential if NC got rid of the ass kissers and listened to their employees who have some backbone. Wouldn't leave many but we'd get the job done and have fun doing it.

Have said it many times across this board. Labcorp's culture is atrocious and management is just downright awful! I have never seen people treat each other so poorly, as i have here. It is not natural. I am convinced it was learned here and the culture that is embedded at labcorp, leads to this. Labcorp needs a synergy consultant because there is none here!

Yes. Imagine working in the cubicle next an ass kisser trying to be the bosses best friend in order to get on that fast track to the glass ceiling. Taddling on everyone about every little thing,nose always in your business, reporting everything heard and seen ...like OMG, you were 2 minutes late from lunch , or you parked in a spot too convenient for an unworthy drone like you , so she/he will fix that (you won't be parking there again) by establishing a remote drone may park here only parking area.
