Union for Reps

Got a call from a union that is forming to represent pharma reps in the U.S. Has anyone else received this call? Is there anything that we signed that prevents us from joining a union? We can have a say about all these metrics.
 












This is a good idea.

Not complaining about working but about having my bonus docked if i can't meet an arbitrary metric. I work very hard to constantly getting my bonus reduced. If I make 99.3% of my goal, I get paid at 96%. No other company does this. I wonder how much the VPs will get their IC reduced or the CBDs. I heard reps who hate their managers are purposefully going to hurt their bonuses. We need our rights protected as workers to get paid for the work we do.

Not in pharma land..again I'm sure you work hard during your 20-30 hours a week..

you are an ‘at will’ employee. Your compensation has a component that is based on ‘pay for performance’. Go ahead and start your union. This will be good for a laugh or 2.
